SHEIN & BUFFALO LOGISTICS ****MED ME

It's been more than a year and I have not received my order. I ordered items of value of R3000 including shipping costs in February 2023 and I did not receive that order. Buffalo Logistics claimed it was delivered when it was not and later changed their story to say their driver is under an investigation since they've received many similar complaints. I was promised a refund, and completed a refund form but until today I have not received anything. I was ****med!!!!
