Shein - Buffalo Logistics are utterly useless

Shein provides quality goods, however their forwarding company Buffalo Logistics is utterly and utterly useless. Totally *********** staff, who has got no clue what they are doing. When taxes etc are paid, they don't bother to set off against your order. If you are not prepared to put up a fight, by means of physically go through to their offices you will go nowhere and not receiving your goods. They will just return it to China. If SHEIN is not going to sort this out they will suffer loss of business.
