Shein, buffalo logistics

I ordered 4 items and paid the taxes. However the delivery service company they used in South Africa, buffalo logistics updated their tracking service that they delivered my package which they did not. I tried contacting both shein customer service and buffalo logistics but have not gotten a response. Very frustrated. I will not be ordering from them again
