Shein Bad Service

Shein I don't understand what happening could someone please reach out and assist me.I made six purchases on Shein on the 11.12.24 and payments went through everything was fine tracked the orders it said my orders were being prepared then yesterday they said verification failed and I need to upload proof of payment so uploaded my bank statements with all the purchases I made on Shein and they said they will verify.So this morning again it said verification failed because of insufficient documents.I called the bank not so long ago and they confirmed that the payments were successful and is sitting in Sheins bank account and they can't understand why they want proof of payment when the payment is reflecting.The bank also said they can't give a payment notification as it's an online payment I can only use my bank account statement which I sent to them and I still don't understand why it's failing when they received the funds.Could I please be assisted with this or I want to cancel my orders and want my money back because this is really pathetic service and I am very upset about the service I am getting from Shein.
