Shein and speedaf are a ****

I am very disappointed at how shein handled my dispute. My order was marked delivered but I didn’t received the order and no one from speedaf contacted me regarding delivery of this order. Shein is refusing to refund me without doing a proper verification with the courier company that they assigned.
