Shein and skynet delivery service

This is so crazy I can’t believe the delivery service that you guys use (skynet) treats people like this . Im so disgusted about what has happened . The driver that delivered my package was from skynet and disrespected my mom who was the one collecting the package. Driver harassed my mom cause he waited 5 minutes for her to come and collect the package. Caused a scene and swore at her . Not only did he disrespect her , left without handing over the package to her and came back and claimed he gave her the wrong package when he didn’t even give her the package and rudely throw it in her face . This is unacceptable and serious action needs to be taken against this deliver guy .
