Shein and Quakei No Delivery

I ordered online from Shein more than a month ago in good faith. Its been confirmed that my parcel has been delivered in the wrong province, and according to Quakei they have nothing to do with the delivery other than the logistics, and it is up to the customer to contact the “local post office” to locate their parcel. No other contact numbers, emails etc. This is absolutely ridiculous, as I paid for delivery to my home address. Is Shein a ****?
