Shein and Imile are a terrible combination

I have ordered items from Shein on numerous occasions, and have generally been happy with rheir service, as well as the courier they used, which was Buffalo Logistics. The problem started with my last order, where suddenly there was a new courier, Imile Delivery. The tracking updates where so slow, and my order was ultimately delivered to me at 8pm.

My current order has been sitting with the status of "picked up and shipped to dedtination" on Shein's site, but Imile's site says "order creation: submitted, pending to receive" It's been days and this has not changed. Who exactly has my parcel? When will it be delivered? The lack of communication from both Shein and Imile is so frustrating! Rhere also aren't any clear communication channels for such situations on their app. At this point, I'd like either my package, or my money back.
