Shein and fastway courier

I fail to understand as to why shein still continue to use fastway courier when there are so many reviews about their services if they do have them or lack of...I'm very disappointed after waiting for close to a month for the package to be delivered,the fastway courier guys call claiming to be outside when asked at which address they couldn't give me the correct address and they're very rude and impatient!!!
