Shein and delivery companies

This has been a very sad experience- I ordered a set track pants - paid and waited reply. Day later received 2 messages to make payments one from Courier Guys R21.33 and then later from The Ram Courier R 18.22 This was **** and R 5000 was taken from my account !!! How can they be trusted :(
