SHEIN AND BUFFALO - NON-EXISTENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst online store you will ever engage with. Absolutely no customer service. There are no arrangements made with you for delivery. Not all of us can sit at home every single day waiting for the order to arrive. Then even worse than this is trying to return a product. They used Buffalo for the return and this pathetic excuse for a courier company has phone numbers that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. You cannot reach them at all. When you try to raise this with Shein, there is no platform with their predetermined topics where you can raise this as an issue. I highly doubt I will ever get to return the product and I will end up losing my money. Seriously people, DO NOT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS ONLINE STORE.
