Shein and Buffalo logistics ****

Ordered from shein on 21st January 5 days later my parcel was shipped to Buffalo logistics, I paid Buffalo and never heard anything back after payment was made. I feel ****med and very unhappy losing thousands of Rands. Not Shein or Buffalo are responding to me! Where is my parcel? How can you use Buffalo logistics and not care that they don't deliver our packages nor have any customer service? This is bad
