SHEIN AND BUFFALO LOGISTIC

Hi I bought parcel from shein in August 2023 on the 05 September 2023 I got an email saying my parcel has been delivered, when I reach home I didn't find anything I called them and they said they will investigate this matter on the 12 sep 2023 I called again they said my parcel is lost and I must talk to service provider which is shein and the said I must log in and on the app I must go to me and do reversal, I did that but there's no option for reversal I called they wrote a letter and said I must send to shein while the parcel was lost on their transit BUFFALO LOGISTICS and from there when I call they alway rude on me once I talk of lost parcel they also drops my calls tracking no BUFZA***YQ
