Shein and buffalo International/Local Shipping Service

I ordered on shein on the 26th of March 2023 and paid my customs vat and taxes on the 31st of March 2023 and I later received an automated phone call from their customer service telling me to pay customs of which I did. I l uploaded my proof of payment on the 2nd of April thinking they would eventually clear my package but not, they continued to send more emails asking me to pay customs. I uploaded my Pop again on the 7th of April and on the 15th of April today I received another email asking me to make payment. I called them a couple of times and each time I call them, they just say nothing honestly. I am tired of shein and calling them. I uploaded a pdf Pop but even till this day I haven’t received my package.
