shein and buffalo

i sincerely think shein works with buffalo to **** people off their money in south africa ... something has to be done on time to crack down those ******* ...especially the buffalo courier .. they never deliver and shein still use them which means they work together ..., big ******* ... the moment your order comes through buffalo ... you should know you not getting it ...
