Shein and Buffalo

Ordered clothes for Christmas for my daughter and after a week was then told they have arrived have to pay R500 for customs and they are now with Buffalo. It's been 3 weeks and I've been calling Buffalo and they have been promising to deliver until date. I'm so disappointed and never buying from shein again as my daughter will be without Christmas clothes.
