SHEIN

I have only bought from Shein once or twice. This last time I bought and spent R1,600.00 +/- I returned 13 items as they were all too and due to purchasing on my phone I by mistake duplicated items. I have sent it back bar 2 items. They are now only return +/- R700.00 I understand that they had to take back by Buffalo express service. I took 2 items to the value of R250 Rand. This is a total Ripoff. I have not way of contacting them to get a detailed statement of how they get to that figure they are returning. I will NEVER BUY GOODS FROM THEM AGAIN. They make it impossible for you to reach them. Please be aware of this as it is scary that you cant reach them, they reply in CHINESE.
