Shein

Placed an order on the 02 November till today it's stuck on paid duty and vat tried contacting my courier logistics which is Imile and received an email that they haven't received my order while shein is saying my order is shipped I don't what to believe anymore because my order has been stuck for days now no updates , this is frustrating because why is shein lying that my order is shipped to SA knowing very well my order is still in China ? What a poor service I've received from shein and it's not my first ordering from them.
