I bought clothes online, made a payment on the 6 January 2023. I then was able to track my order. It was due to be delivered between 29 January and 01 February 2023. Delivery was not done and I never got a call. Lately when I try to track my order, there is no record of that.

I tried various ways to contact shein, and they are unreachable. I even sent an email to thier legal department, no response.

This company is an online ****, people be careful. Unfortunately on my part I trusted the and didn't take order number while I could access it online. Now I check on my emails and messages, there is nothing from shein.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL INTO THIS MESS.
