Ridiculous Service

I recently bought products from Shein order GSHNQA31A000DNW and received email from Aramax I'm not happy at all with Aramax service I used to pay R500 for customs now with Buffalo and all my products were delivered on time and now Aramax wants me to pay a Whoopi R1400 for the same service this is rediculous and I want my order to be redirected to Buffalo as soon as possible because I won't pay that rediculous amount as if I'm buying new items.
