Returns issue : POOR Service

I purchased items from SHEIN and received it on the 10th of September . Some of the items didn’t fit so I logged a return the same day . The items were collected by your company on the 12th of September . But still waiting for the items to be shipped so I can receive my refund . Today is the 28th and the items was not been shipped . This is so unfair!!! Do not offer your service if you are not able to deliver quality service .
