Refund request ignored

If I could select 0 stars it would be great. I have been emailing them to let them know the order is and has not been delivered, due to it still being at the customs of the country it's been shipped from. I have sent them proof over and over again and yet, a simple request to have my money refunded is being ignored now for more than a week
