Refund processes are a ****

Ordered from SHEIN and I had to return some of the items because they did not fit. Upon requesting my refund from my wallet, I was informed that they can only do a PayPal refund. If you are in South Africa, then you would know that not all bank accounts authorises PayPal, and I wasn't even given an option to which account the refund can be returned to. Now they are forced to return the refund to my wallet and I am forced to make a purchase with them again.
