Refund not received

Hey on the first week of December the courier guy truck was hijacked with my order number *** I heard the Case has been solved but I have not received my refund, and again I made another order which was order number *** after I paid tax my order was said to have been the wrong order and it was send back to shein, they then re ordered for me and I had to pay tax again for order ***, which means I paid tax twice for 1 order .I need refund for all this this orders Till to this day thy have not called or send an email
