Refund not received

What a struggle to get my refund and I've been emailing them and they agreed to refund me and said the refund will take 14 days and it's 2022 I'm still waiting. They make me run around and keep asking me the same questions and I keep sending proof of the items and the return number and tracking number. They have a way of not wanting to pay and say the package never reached their store which is a lie!
