REFUND AND CLOTHES NOT RECEIVED FROM SHEIN

GOOD DAY SHEIN I HAVEN BEEN ****** BY THIS SHEIN , I ORDERED ON THE 21 NOV 2021 TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CLOTHES OR MY REFUND .

I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH SHEIN ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND THEY HAVE BLANTLY **** AND SAID THEY REFUNDED ME AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE POP THEY WENT QUIET .

I have given them reference numbers and order numbers "CWAKA" the minute i asked the to send the POP they disappeared, i am very disappointed in the customer service and the manner in which they conduct their business .
