refund

i order from Shein on the 3rd of December was supposed to receive my order on the 15 December its was confirmed that the courier was on its way for delivery .my order was not delivered. i got an email from buffalo that my address was incorrect which is not true as i have getting my order from she all the time on the same address. i called buffalo immediately and the confirmed that they were high jacked and will be given loss form to claim from Shein. i claimed on the Shein app however got respond the i need to contact buffalo. both companies are taking me for a ride all i want is my money back. Shein is the worst company, I've never experience such dab service. i regret ordering from Shein
