Refund

Last year November 2022 order clothes from shein around 05 December 2022 received my clothes I was very excited but at the same time I was very disappointed because of the size. On 06 December I have to return clothes viz Pep. I did all the process of returning the clothes. This year January 2023 I was doing fellow up regarding the refund. They respond to me, I received my money 07 January 2023 I told them how course never receive my money even notification. They told me should call my bank, still call my bank they check if receive the money from international they say never receive anything from international. Shein force me received my money but never receive my money
