R1524 customes charge on R1442 order- Declared incorrectly by shein

I reached out to support and got copy-paste replies saying customs are my responsibility — but this wasn’t a normal customs fee. It was a penalty caused by incorrect info sent by Shein. I even confirmed this with Aramex.

I’ve submitted tickets, contacted Shein through the app, and even messaged on Instagram and Facebook — no real help, no one taking responsibility.

I just want to be reimbursed for a charge that I should never have been forced to pay. This is unfair and unacceptable from a company this size.
