GSHN5B03M00195X - I want a refund. your bot system is a joke. It doesn't even respond to your problem. I was supposed to receive an order between 1-4 March. Your system says Aramex tried to deliver several times. However, Aramex says the goods never arrived in the country. Aramex has informed you, however your system doesn't allow me to request a refund. Your Bot system says I must wait a few days. I have waited many days. Can I have my refund. I love how companies don't want to hire staff, but your problem is never on your list of problems. What a joke!
