Poor Shein & Buffalo Logistic Service

Very bad service with all excuses on the World thinking they talking to a 2yr old who believes everything my goods state cleared customs 24th January ever since every excuse in the book. Now they tell me it will be ready the 11th Buffalo logistic pathetic does not work weekends so what now. Telling me traffic conditions omw what excuse. I had to pay customs before my goods left China. First I heard this ****. Then got of pathetic Buffalo Logistic email telling me my they will email me when I can collect my goods 1500 km away are they losing the plot . I have ordered many places and first with Shein as I needed something for a wedding well waste of money as I have to run around looking for something else now
