Poor service from the courier guy himself

The first time the courier came to my house he called me on WhatsApp instead of a proper call. I don't use WhatsApp so I didn't get his call. I called him and he said he'd come back tomorrow or the day after. Still he hasn't come but on Buffalo Express it states that he came again and it was a delivery attempt fail.
