Poor service
Shein online store is such a bore!, i have made my order on the 25th today it’s the 27th and there is no courier logistics update, i now can’t track my order because of that, and they are not even sending me emails in regard of this order, their services is dropping daily from bad to worse

28 Aug 2024, 07:14I have received clothes that are dirty and has bad odour, so I asked for a return and refund they told me to wait for 48 hours I even gave them proof of the dirty clothes through pictures and now its been more than 48 hours there’s no updates whatsoever, i had to reach out to them through customer service which also takes up to 24 hours before they reply i am now waiting for their reply, not to mention that to this day i still don’t have any updates about which company will be my courier logistic for my upcoming order which states that it has been shipped but I cannot track my parcel because there is no logistics information on the order which is sad because I trusted them with my money and everything
