Poor Service and ineffective customer service

I have ordered clothes on Shein online Store S.A this year 2022 around April for clothes valued at R1 500.00 and the ordered was never delivered to me. I made attempt to understand why my order is not yet delivered and to ask for refund but no one has assisted me.
