Poor service

Poor service is what they serve, yesterday I just paid the VAT & DUTY and they have not updated me in regards of my order I constantly have to check up on them and still they have no clue whatsoever where my order is at, they are telling me to contact the courier logistics, so now they make their responsibilities to be mine, as i paid for everything I deserve to be updated and my order has to be delivered with immediate effect!
