Poor horrible service by your delivery company Buffalo

Terrible experience, POOR SERVICE from Buffalo logistics your delivery provider, shein said they would deliver by 11 August, it delayed then said 17th it delayed again then 24th still nothing was given, today it's the 26th and I haven't received my parcel yet. I contacted shein they said I should contact Buffalo I did they sent me back to shein. This back and forth is tiring me I want my parcel it contains a birthday gift for my mom this Friday Do better with Buffalo!
