POOR customer service and POOR material quality

I bought a pair of honeycomb red pair of exercise pants and the first time I wore them it ripped. Shein never rep**** to my email. Won't buy from them again. POOR customer service and POOR quality of material. It will be better for me to fix them and it will turn out better.
