Payment deducted twice

Im disgusted in and very dissapointed in the bad service i received. On 11 April i placed a order which i canceled after payment went off and requested a refund. On 13 April they confirm they have refunded me and the exact same amount gets deducted again! Now I'm batteling getting my R2426 back. This is not on.
