Pathetic delivery service

I have not received my order that was done early last month and I was told it would be delivered by the 13th of December. Today is the 19th and still nothing. I would like receive my order by Wednesday the latest of not kindly refund me my cash including the customs amount please. I need this as Christmas is around the corner hence I bought them early meaning it should be delivered early. Follow up with @buffalologistics and make sure they deliver my order asap
