Pathetic customer service

SHEIN customer service is pathetic. I placed my order on the 5th of October and the estimated delivery date was 16 October - 21 October. Today is the 22 October and I haven’t received my parcel. I wrote to them numerous times and there is no indication of what causing the delay and how far is my package.
