PARCEL HIJACKED 14 JUNE 2024 AND TODAY (18 JUNE 2024) IT SAYS DELIVERED AND I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!!

I am full of anxiety and frustration!! I ordered on the 6 June for items worth R1839 from SHEIN and paid customs Immediately. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 14 June 2024 only to not receive any call or email only to be told that my parcel was Hijacked. I have emails where I have escalated this and was told that I will receive my parcels in 72 hours and that was on Saturday through Buffalo support email. Today on the website it shows that my order has been Delivered??? Where how and who signed it off because no one came here or called me. Please fix this
