Parcel delay

Hellow i orderd from shein last weekend on suterday paid my on monday which was 28 of july..but still when i try to track my order on their portal..i find that my order is still stuck on Tax paid....shein is playing with our emotion and am not the only one who is complaining about shein delay..it hurt cos i need this order for next week for my daughter's birthday

Please help i know im not the only one who is ordering from shein but still my order should have moved from tax paid to onother stage..
