Package marked as delivered but didn't receive it

First time ordering at Shein and it was the worst experience I actually regret it. I placed an order it was shipped, the allocated my package to Speedaf question is how do they trust a company that's unreachable no customer service. What happened is they marked my package as delivered to my surprise I never received anything. They didn't call before delivering to check on my availability and I don't remember advising them that if I am not around give it to anyone. The worst part the proof of delivery is not even signed to top it all off the only details of the delivery person is the name, no numbers whatsoever you reach Speedaf customer service they never answer even to e-mails. I logged a ticket with Shein they keep on apologising saying that according to their records the package shows as delivered successfully and there is nothing they can do, now that one really ****ed me off because I trusted them with my money and when this happens they told their hands. These companies both useless I want the details of that delivery driver and he will locate my package because that's my money he will recall where he delivered that package to. After this I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT SHEIN AGAIN. So much unnecessary stress.
