**** package delivered but not received

I wrote this to Shein 5 days ago

I recently placed an order with your company, but I have not yet received my package. However, when I checked the order status, it shows that the order has been delivered. I wanted to bring this to your attention and request a refund for the undelivered package. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Seems like a person should wait years to be attended to and I was then told yesterday on the 18th of September that they need to do an investigation with the courier people first and l'll have to wait another 5 to 7 days imagine every ********* I mean. I'm a very unsatisfied customer and I just need my refund back transferred to my bank account nothing much.

I will open a ***** cause again Shein if you don't refund me, you can't be running around the bush or keep me waiting longer for nothing

I advice people to stay away from Shein at all cost
