Outstanding service

I went on their website with my daughter and she selected the clothes that she wanted on the 27th of Feb. On the 28th I got a message to pay customs duty and VAT due which I paid as soon as I received the notification. I got an email notification indicating that the estimated shipping time for my order will be 19 Mar 2022 - 21 Mar 2022. I honestly didn't have a problem with it but from the onset, based on the reviews I read, I was very skeptical about the purchase. On the 10th of March Buffalo Logistics tried calling me to deliver my order but I was in an area with no reception so I didn't get any notification. First thing on the 11th, the driver called me again and notified me that they wanted to deliver my order yesterday but I was unreachable. I informed him that I will be available the whole day and all the items I ordered for my daughter were delivered. Very impressed with the service and this will undoubtedly not be the last time I make a purchase on SHEIN
