Order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but not delivered until now

SheIn is a great online but their buffalo makes me cry out louder. Ok I ordered from SheIn end of April. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday but I didn't. Apparently buffalo transferred my order to a third party of which is DPD company. This company is failing to deliver my order. When I login to my SheIn account the status is updated failed delivery while I never received a call from a delivery driver to come and collect my order yesterday.now reason for failed is I wasn't on the delivery address of which is not true.

I have plans buffalo I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible. Ok I have been calling DPD and their responses were like the driver is to deliver but mine is not yet delivered and they also said the driver will call me while the buffalo agent said the driver is not supposed to call me, then my question is how am I supposed to get my order if the driver is not calling me to come and collect my order.
