Order still stuck at customs for almost 2 weeks

My order that I placed on the on 2 December 2022 is still stuck at Customs. I have also send SHEIN numerous messages to ask them to urge the dispatch. That order has been stuck at customs from 9 December till now. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have still not heard any news about the package.
