Order not received but it showered delivered

I placed an order on the 21 November 2021 via Shein still today i have not received anything. I received an email on the 19 December that my order has been delivered but i did not receive it was at home cause it was already holiday time. Got a call on the 20 December that they are at my work place but my delivery address was my house cause im work from home. The driver was very rude when i told him my work place is not my delivery address for that order. What is funny about this whole thing Why say it's Delivered but it's not. Its now going to the 2 month without my order.they sent me a massage via WhatsApp still nothing. I have ordered before from Shein and never had any Delivery problem it all started when you used Speedaf as your delivery guys. If you can't give me my goods refund me cause i no longer need the goods cause the festive season is all done and dusted🥵
