Order not received

I ordered on the 6th of July till today I haven't received my order but on the status it says delivered HOW? When u haven't received it? Tried contacting shein and they say they cannot do anything about it and I must contact the courier, but how am I even contacting them if my business is with shein? They are the ones who chose the courier. After contacting the courier, I am being told that there is no parcel due to me on their side. I have been ****med by SHEIN
