Order not receive, refund not receive

I have order at shein on the 20 Nov 2021 I paid custom tax but never received my order. When I tack my order it was stuck in one step and not moving forward. I have sent them email amd also DM them on every social media but I never get any help. So 3weeks ago I have asked them to cancel the order so I can have refund even today I havent got my money. They promise me that I will receive it in 3days time but I havent receive it. They are so unproffessional, I am really disappoint in them I not recommending anyone to ever order from them.
